Pentamere Dances Instruction Package for Promoting Period Dance

The SCA Dance Band, Musica Subterranea, teamed with Their Excellencies of Northwoods to produce the Pentamere Dances Vol. 1 CD with dance instruction booklet. Five dances (ok, a secret 6th dance was added) were selected to provide an overview of SCA period dances with the requied skill level kept low to maximize adoption. This class will review all 6 dances briefly so dance teachers can take this package back home to promote SCA period dance. 1. Petite Rose 2. Montarde Bransle 3. Grene Gynger 4. Black Alman 5. Rufty Tufty 6. (bonus track!) Gracca Amorosa Two dances will be taught completely in this class: Petite Rose and Grene Gynger.
