Allegrezza d'Amore 1581 and 1600

Fabritio Caroso's Allegrezzas. The first Allegrezza from Il Ballarino(1581) is the kinder, gentler of these two cascarde. By Nobilta,where we find the second Allegrezza, Caroso has made a dance that tangles the feet and the memory. We will discuss and teach both of these dances with the hope to achieve a grand finale by doing both at the same time at the end of the second hour.
