It is time for the ball to start, do the repeats in the dances match the musical selections? How will the band know if the should keep going or stop, or change tempo? Why is that person waving their hands at the band like that? Let's take a little time out for the people who plan and run dances and balls to discuss the challenges, preparations, and techniques that build effective communication. We will present several ideas and conduct some open discussion to bring the Dance Leaders and Dance Band Leaders together so we can all enjoy more dancing.
